Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Guadalajara, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are stylishly decorated with a showcase of a forest theme, but the noise from the nearby parking lot can be bothersome. The service is exceptional, with Gabriela standing out for her helpfulness. The dining experience, although included in the room rate, may not meet everyone's expectations. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of the city.
The hotel had amazing views of Guadalajara but the room was smaller than expected and lacked windows, though it offered typical amenities like cable TV and hot water. The service was very friendly and prompt in addressing our questions, and the location was close to many attractions but a bit sketchy at night. The dining options were average and not included in the price. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. The rooms are spacious and private, providing a comfortable stay, although the view might not meet expectations. The service is friendly but could improve in ensuring a smoother check-in process. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and clean, spacious rooms at a reasonable price.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful view, although the non-existing view was a bit disappointing. The service was nice, but the staff lacked knowledge in some areas. The location was excellent for exploring the historic part of the city, but the dining options were limited and costly. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
Staying on the 6th floor with a large window offering an awesome view to the south across the city towards several cerros rising up was an amazing experience, even though the reservation was canceled for a non-existent reason. The service was diligent and friendly, even though they struggled with understanding me occasionally. The location was excellent, ideal for first-time travelers to this great city and perfect to explore the historic part. The dining experience was absolutely delicious and a great value for money with options starting at just $5. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor setbacks.
